Overview
The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting room with TV and a woodburning stove. There are two ground-floor bedrooms and a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car on a shared driveway. Within 3.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. There is tight spiral staircase with open tread stairs, please take care. Escape to the Lakes with loved ones with a stay at 1 Yew Tree Cottages.

Please Note: There is a scaffolding that has been erected at the adjoining barn for on going work over the next few months, work will be restricted to normal working hours with no weekend work planned.
