Situated in the popular Lake District town of Windermere this property has everything you need for a getaway with the family. The vibrant town of Windermere is only 0.5 miles away from the property and is a great place to enjoy the many cafes pubs and restaurants or browse the shops. Head down to Bowness which is only 2 miles away where you can head out onto Lake Windermere and take a tour of the lake via the steamboats or if you prefer you can hire some kayaks and have your own mini adventures. This is a great base for exploring Ambleside (4.6 miles) Bowness (1.8 miles) Grizedale Forest (11.7 miles) and lots of National Trust properties. This lovely single-level property features a cosy lounge/diner with patio doors that lead out into the garden this is the perfect place for watching wildlife and colourful birds. This room is the hub of the house with three sofas a large TV for watching all your favourite programs along with a dining table and chairs to enjoy views out over the garden whilst having breakfast or lunch. A fully fitted kitchen boasts everything needed to cook up a lovely meal. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with French doors leading out into the garden plus an en-suite shower room with WC. There is a pretty twin room overlooking the front garden and completing the property is a separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The patio area offers a lovely area to enjoy a meal any time of day with an abundance of space with a second patio area around the corner. There is also storage available for bikes or kayaks.
