Borrowdale Valley is nearby boasting a variety of mountain walks including Catbells Coledale Horseshoe Skiddaw and Blencathra each varying in height and length but all with magnificent views. Sitting just above Keswick is Castlerigg Stone Circle an atmospheric location perfect for an early morning or evening walk. Or for something more adrenaline-filled head to Whinlatter Forest.
