Situated in Caldbeck; a popular unspoilt and picturesque village which lies in the northern fringes of the Lake District National Park on the C umbrian W ay ideal for walkers cyclists families and couples alike. This property is a perfect spot for enjoying what the Lake District has to offer. As well as what is available from the doorstep many popular destinations Keswick Cockermouth Penrith Carlisle and Hadrian's Wall and slightly further afield the Solway Coast with its sandy beaches and spectacular views across the Solway Firth to Scotland c an be found around 25 minutes away. This beautiful barn conversion sits in fantastic surroundings with fields as far as the eye can see and the impressive view of the Northern Fells mountain range and the back of Skiddaw in the distance. On entering the driveway there is ample space for two cars directly opposite the barn. Entrance to the property is through large glazed barn doors and as soon as you enter you feel at home. There is a comfy lounge to your right with a traditional log burner smart tv with DVD player and french doors out to the well-kept garden (with f riendly hens pecking around! ) The central area on the ground floor has a dining table and views outside to the courtyard and meadow beyond. The kitchen is to the left fully equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge / freezer dishwasher washing machine Nespresso coffee machine cafetiere and bread baking making with all of the ingredients to get yourself started! All perfectly rounded off with beautiful finishing touches throughout. Just off the dining area is a downstairs shower room and WC as well as a useful under the stairs cupboard perfect for drying off those wet boots! Upstairs takes you to two tastefully decorated bedrooms (one king and one twin room with tv). There is additional storage in the large landing area and space to hang up clothes. The upstairs bathroom includes a roll top bath and WC again wonderfully finished. Outside you will have use of the surrounding fields (and many footpaths) as well as a garden to relax in including a BBQ which is available for use. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. 1 bathroom with roll top bath and WC and 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Nespresso coffee machine. Smart TV internet enabled, DVD, CD and portable Bluetooth speaker in lounge and TV in twin bedroom. Garden with furniture and BBQ. Parking for 2 cars. Biomass central heating and underfloor heating included. Wood burner fist basket of logs provided, further logs can be purchased locally. Secure storage for bikes. Stairgate, travel cot and highchair available. Village shop, pub, café and tea shops within walking distance.
