2 bedrooms: 1 x king size with shower room, 1 x double room, family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Sitting room. Dining area. Kitchen. Electric heating. Wood burning stove (logs aren't provided). Electric oven with electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Smart TV in living room. TV in Master Bedroom (not Smart TV). WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One dog welcome. Private parking for one vehicle with 1 additional space for visitors to Birkhead Cottages (on a first come first served basis). Garden area with patio furniture, the garden is detached from the property and located adjacent to Boxwood parking space just a few steps along village road. Please note: If you have any mobility issues the property does have stairs, 2 showers one is a walk-in shower, and the other is a shower over bath. A water mist suppression fire retarding system has been installed at Boxwood Cottage.Sorry, no smoking
