Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD player. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, served by a bathroom. To the outside is an enclosed garden patio with furniture and roadside parking. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and pub, in 0.8 miles there is a lake and please note, one pet is welcome and sorry, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. There is also a travel cot and highchair available. Make Brook Cottage your next escape to the Lake District.
