Take tranquil walks along the River Eden; the best ones can be found between Lazonby (5 miles) and Salkeld (3 miles) and there are plenty of pubs and cafes to visit along the way. Step into the property and into the beautiful lounge where comfortable seating around the wood burner in a stunning fireplace takes centre stage. Watch TV play board games or read a book after a long day out exploring or gaze out of the double doors to the garden on sunny afternoons.
