Gas central heating. Double electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 50 inch smart TV with Netflix, amazon etc available (wifi already available), WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared garden with seating (the grounds owner has decided to re-wild the garden). On site parking for 1 car only, in the allocated space, further parking is off site. Sorry, no pets welcome and no smoking. Pub and shop 5 mins walk.
