Work up an appetite scaling the six fell tops of Blencathra 2.5 miles away returning to the village for a light snack or something heartier in one of the village pubs or the friendly cafe. Inside the property is simply styled and comfortable equipped with all the necessities you'll need for your stay. Step through the exterior to find an open-plan living space with a kitchenette at the rear featuring a microwave an electric cooker and hob and an under-counter fridge with a freezer compartment. Additional freezer space is available by prior arrangement with the owners. There is a lounge area with a TV and a sofa warmed by an electric fire and the dining space consists of a small table and chairs for enjoying simple snacks and light suppers. An open staircase leads to the first-floor bedroom and a shower room that has an electric shower and WC. The bedroom is compact and cosy with a double bed a single bed and a small nightstand between the two. The property is attached to the owner's and shares a small garden complete with a patio and a bench with views of the church opposite. Lace up your boots and set off along one of the footpaths leading from the garden or investigate the village with its two pubs cafe and church.
