This elegant property sleeps four on the cusp of Keswick Town Centre a destination renowned for its mountain surroundings and array of attractions including museums leisure facilities and independent shops. Delve into the best local fare the Lakes have to offer with a visit to the twice-weekly markets and plethora of pubs or soak up some culture and visit the theatre. The rugged landscape will delight walkers of all abilities whether you are feeling energetic enough to tackle majestic giants such as Skiddaw 6.5 miles away or would prefer to take a gentle stroll around the shores of Derwentwater from the marina 3 miles away. There are plenty of cycle paths of varying difficulty and you'll have a choice of two golf courses within 11 miles. Enter via the rear door from the parking space and follow the shared hallway to reach the stairs or lift accessing the property by descending down to the basement. Inside you'll immediately be greeted by the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. First is a double with a wardrobe chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom that features a shower over the bath and a WC. Next the twin bedroom has a wardrobe a chest of drawers and two single beds. Completing this floor is a handy shower room with a WC and walk-in shower. Upstairs on the ground floor level is the open-plan living space where you'll spend much of your time relaxing and dining appreciating the views across the car park towards Skiddaw in the distance from the rear and St Johns church from the front. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Enjoy your meals around the dining table that has seating for four then curl up on the sofas or armchairs in the lounge area to catch up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Due to the location of the property there isn t a dedicated outside space but the shops and pub are within a 0.5-mile walk. Parking is available in the private car park.
