Dining seating for six and a Smart TV plus sitting room with seating for six and a Smart TV. Both TVs have Netflix, iplayer etc but guests would need to use their own account. Off-road parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking available nearby. Super-fast fibre broadband and WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in rent but please bring beach towels.. This property is no smoking and cannot accept pets You'll find a shop within 0.3 miles and a pub within 0.1 mile. Immerse yourself in the great outdoors of Cumbria with a rural retreat at Crow's Nest. Please note this property is double glazed but some windows are low. The low windows have child guards to ensure they don't open fully but we do recommend supervising children around the lower windows. Higher windows can be opened fully. Infantswelcome at the property but guests would need to bring travel cot highchair stairgate etc. Note: bookings must start or end on a Monday or Friday only.

Note: This property can accept infants but guests would need to bring own travel cot, stair gate and high chair etc, The lower entrance hall is large enough to accommodate buggies or children's scooters.
