Gardeners Cottage has one bedroom with a double bed. There’s a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC on the first floor. A ground floor open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove and Smart TV with DVD, Disney+, Fire TV, Amazon Prime Video, and a selection of books. WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot, highchair, baby bath and children's books, toys and tableware are available. Outside there’s off-road parking for 5 cars, an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, decking, hot tub, furniture, barbecue area, and freestanding bath and an external games room with table tennis, table football. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 3.6 miles, river 0.1 mile. Gardeners Cottage is a perfect base for an unforgettable family holiday. Note: Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 11am. Note: Though the garden enclosed with a fence, children need to be supervised at all times while outside due to the close proximity to the river. There is a one-off cash charge of £40 to help cover cleaning, refilling, treatment, fuel and electricity, which allows for unlimited use (Payable locally with the owner). The hot tub is a wood burning hot tub and can be lit weather dependent (calm conditions) and temperature dependent. Note: Limited mobile signal in the area.
