Overview
Grassholme is an inviting, stone-built cottage resting on the shores of Lake Windermere. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size double and twin, plus a bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. There is also an open-plan sitting room upstairs, including a kitchen, dining and sitting area. To the outside is a slate patio with seating, providing exceptional lake views. Off-road parking for two cars is also available. Grassholme is a fine base for family orientated or romantic getaways.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi. Shared use of estate facilities inc. indoor heated swimming pool (Please bring swim towels, as the towels provided are only for use in the property) and table tennis room (please bring your own racquets and balls). Please note that logs, kindling, firelighters, and matches are not included in your stay but can be ordered using the Goodeats link in your key collection information. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Patio with seating. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 3.8 miles. Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Please Note: Minimum 3 night stay. Please note that we can’t accept check in on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day
