Overview
Hilltop is an attractive, detached cottage set amongst beautiful woodlands on the Graythwaite Estate in the Lake District National Park. With two bedrooms consisting of one king-size double and one twin, the cottage can sleep four people. There's also a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars plus a patio garden and 5000 acres of estate grounds to explore with a 2.5-acre fishing lake, a children's play area and a indoor swimming pool. Hilltop is a beautiful holiday home with excellent facilities for your Lake District break.

Wood fired hot tub (the hot tub is cleaned and ready to fill on arrival, as it’s wood-fired, it takes up to 2 hours to fill and heat, and cannot be prepared in advance. Please note that logs, kindling, firelighters, and matches are not included in your stay but can be ordered using the Goodeats link in your key collection information.. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture.
