The town is in an enviable position giving easy access to both the Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales making it a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. From your doorstep embark on scenic walks or explore numerous cycling tracks and routes with your four-legged friend. On sunlit days consider a leisurely picnic at Devils Bridge where you can relish breathtaking views while soaking in the serene atmosphere. Kirkby Lonsdale comes alive in the first week of September with its colourful Victorian Fair evoking a vibrant street festival ambiance. Every Thursday a bustling market in the town square showcases an array of delightful local produce adding to the town's undeniable charm. Heading up the outside steps you are welcomed onto the patio terrace leading you into a delightful sunroom heading into the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay if you can tear yourself away from some of the many delightful eateries on your doorstep. On the same floor the lounge and dining room provide a great space for the group to get together and entertain. The first floor is complete with a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower allowing you to soak away the day's events. Upstairs you are greeted by the first of the two double bedrooms both spacious with ample storage room. The third is a single bedroom a cosy space perfect for the younger one of the group. There is a second bathroom also on this floor offering another bath with shower over. Outside you are free to enjoy the indoor/outdoor space. The sunroom opens out onto the bijou terrace which offers a great place to enjoy a glass of fizz as the sun goes down over the neighbouring rooftops.
