Newlands Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer, and a sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms include a king‑size with en‑suite bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a twin with en‑suite walk‑in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is off‑road parking for two cars and shared external bike storage. Two well‑behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop within 3.3 miles and a pub within 1.7 miles. Note: There are complimentary Armathwaite Hall Spa passes provided by the owner, adult use only due to the nature of the spa facilities (Must be pre-booked through the owners and subject to availability). Note: Please bring your own towels, only hand towels are provided. Note: Good Housekeeping Bond 50 GBP
