Newlands Fell Cottage consists of an open‑plan living/dining room with TV, and a kitchen featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms include a double with en‑suite bath, and a twin with en‑suite walk‑in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, roadside parking is available, with further parking in the farmyard, and guests have access to shared storage for equipment and bikes. Two well‑behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop within 3.3 miles and a pub within 1.7 miles. . Note: There are complimentary Armathwaite Hall Spa passes provided by the owner, adult use only due to the nature of the spa facilities (Must be pre-booked through the owners and subject to availability).
