On arrival head up to the top floor via the shared entrance to make yourself at home in this second-floor apartment. The open-plan living space has quirky low windows exposed beams and an inglenook chimney breast. Settle on one of two sofas and switch off in front of the Smart TV for a quiet night in or sit down to dinner at the table for four. Located at one end of the living space the kitchen has a fan oven/microwave induction hob dishwasher larder fridge and under-counter freezer. Along the hallway find a laundry cupboard with a washer/dryer useful for when you return from muddy adventures. The king-size bedroom has plenty of storage and a Smart TV as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The second bedroom is a twin that can be made up as a super-king-size on request. This room also has lots of storage and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Due to its top-floor position there are sloping ceilings throughout the property - these should not restrict your headroom but please take care. A parking permit is provided for the church car park across the road.
