The bustling town of Penrith (9 miles) is a top destination for retail therapy or a night away from the kitchen. Venture into the Lake District and board a traditional Ullswater Steamer 13 miles away at Ullswater for a family-friendly and dog-friendly trip out. Step inside the grand hallway an impressive entrance hall with exposed brickwork and floods of natural light then climb the stairs to the first floor where the open-plan kitchen/diner and large lounge can be found. Sit beneath the vaulted ceiling and choose from one of many sofas to relax on while the wood burner keeps you cosy. The spacious kitchen/diner has an electric oven and induction hob microwave and useful dishwasher while the long table comfortably seats eight. Completing the first floor are two of four bedrooms and a handy utility room with washing machine tumble dryer and WC.
