Whether you are looking to explore the Eden Valley The Lake District have an action-packed week or just get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life this is the perfect place to stay. There is a network of walking paths from your door this area is a haven for walking and cycling. Why not enjoy a day trip on one of the steamers on Lake Ullswater or visit beautiful Aira Force waterfalls which is a short drive away. Entering the property you will instantly feel at home and see the history of this building. The entrance hall has plenty of space to hang your coats and place your boots. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a cosy wood burner TV and French doors which open out onto the South facing patio. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and electric oven an under-counter fridge/freezer and microwave. From the lounge head up to the first floor where you will find a double and twin bedroom with a family bathroom which features a shower over the bath and WC. There is a private garden for you to sit out and enjoy watch the local wildlife which often visit and it is the perfect spot to star gaze on a clear night. There is private parking available to the side of the property. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 bathroom with bath shower over and WC. Gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, under counter fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. Extra freezer available on request. TV in lounge. Wood burner with first basket of logs included.
