Overview
South Lodge is a delightful single-storey lodge situated in an isolated position on the owners' farm, six miles from Kendal. This lodge has two bedrooms, consisting of a double with walk-in wardrobe and a twin, together with a shower room. The lodge also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a wrap-around decked area with patio and steps up to a lawned garden. South Lodge is a great Lake District base. Note: This properties changeover day is Saturday therefore bookings must start or finish on a Saturday.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Adjacent parking for 1 car. Wrap-around decked area with patio and steps up to lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 6 miles. Note: Property accessed via a single track road. Note: Lodge accessed via four steps. Note: This property has a private water supply that is tested regularly. Please note: all bookings must fall between a Saturday and Saturday
