Book a cruise out on Derwentwater or choose to hire a boat yourselves from the marina close to the cottage. Embark on a range of walks from your front door including following the famous Coledale Horseshoe or climbing up to Catbells which captures picturesque far-reaching views. Descend the steps and let yourselves into this charming country cottage. The kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. There is an electric hob and oven microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Make yourselves a cup of coffee and then wander on through into the lounge/diner next door. Light the wood burner in here on chilly days settle yourselves on the sofa and chairs and perhaps switch on the Smart TV and DVD. Gather at the table to enjoy your meals together play a hand of cards or plan the following day's activities. Follow the staircase up to the first floor to find your three bedrooms which include a double a single and a twin room. The bathroom is also found on the first floor and has a shower over the bath and WC. Spill outside into the courtyard garden whenever the sun is shining.
