This first-floor apartment is located in the grounds of a beautiful Georgian manor house in the small village of Spark Bridge within walking distance of the local pub. Sitting on the southern edge of the Lake District National Park the property is perfectly positioned for enjoying day trips to Coniston Water and Lake Windermere. On Coniston Water beautifully restored Victorian steamers run up and down the lake allowing visitors to take in the full-grandeur of the surrounding landscape. For a more active view of the lake the boating centre in the village of Coniston has a large range of watersports on offer including stand-up paddleboarding kayaking and windsurfing. This first-floor apartment is reached via a shared entrance which leads onto an impressive staircase taking guests to the apartment's door. Once inside guests will find a light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner furnished with bright contemporary decor. A window seat allows guests to fully enjoy the magnificent garden views whilst there are two plump sofas from which guests can watch the Smart TV/DVD. A dining table sits behind the lounge area beyond which the contemporary kitchen area is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge freezer coffee maker dishwasher and washer/dryer. Attractive views of the grounds can also be enjoyed from the chic bedroom with its double bed and carefully chosen furnishings. An en-suite shower room offers a shower and WC whilst there is also a separate bathroom offering a shower over half-size bath and WC. Outside the property enjoys a private patio area where guests will find a garden furniture whilst all of the apartments share access to the extensive landscaped gardens.
