Sunny Brae is a three-storey detached house with one super-king-size room and two king-size rooms (one with a zip/link bed). There are two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and corner bath on the first floor and one with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower on the second floor, on the ground floor there's also a cloakroom and a utility room with a washer and dryer. There's a kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and a dining room with a gas fire. There are two living areas: one ground-floor sitting room with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove, and a second-floor snug with another Smart TV. Amenities include gas central heating, WiFi and a starter pack for woodburning stove. Outside there's driveway parking for three cars and garden with terrace and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop in 0.1 mile, pub in 0.4 miles. Make Sunny Brae your home away from home. Note: Unfortunately this property cannot accept children under 4.
