Tempt your taste buds with an array of inviting restaurants pubs and cafes from the comfort of your doorstep browsing the popular markets and selection of independent shops. Derwentwater is just 800m away where you can stroll along the shoreline or admire the mountainous scenery from a launch service. Walking and cycling are a must across the fells and crossing the lake will provide new opportunities to discover gems such as Lodore Falls and Ashness Bridge. Step across the cobbled front garden and enter the property via the door where you'll find the downstairs WC and the galley-style kitchen. Boasting an oven hob microwave washer/dryer fridge and Nespresso machine it has everything you need to sizzle up something special. A fold-out worktop is a useful addition for food preparation whilst saving space. Next the stylish lounge/diner is brightly lit and warmed throughout by the gas-effect stove tucked in the fireplace and you can enjoy the TV DVD and radio for evening entertainment. There is a small pull-out table and chairs for dining and the owners have left a selection of books to enjoy. Following the curved staircase upstairs will bring you to the pretty bedroom with its excellent views TV comfortable double bed and storage. An en-suite bathroom provides washing facilities with a shower and WC. Outside the seating area is an excellent spot to sip a glass of wine of an evening and you are welcome to use the stone outhouse to store your bikes. The nieghbours lawn runs adjacent to the property which you will need to cross if you would like to use the washing line for drying clothes. On-street parking is subject to availability nearby. Need to know: 1 double bedroom. 1 en suite shower room with WC and 1 separate WC. Oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge. Smart TV, DVD. Patio seating area. On street parking subject to availability, public car parks nearby. Storage for bikes in shed. Pub within 0.5 miles. Please note the lawn area is owned by neighbours but can be crossed to access the washing line.
