Housing two bedrooms, a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, and a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, along with an open-plan-living space with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and electric fire. Outside you will find off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear patio with furniture. There is electric central heating with underfloor heating and an electric fire. The kitchen is home to an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There are three Smart TVs and WiFi in the abode. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included in the price. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Please note that children under 12 years old are not accepted at the property. Also note that due to the steps leading up to the front door and down to the rear patio, this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
