The Coastal village of Arnside is a former fishing port which enjoys stunning views across the estuary where the River Kent meets Morecambe Bay and was recently voted one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Live . The View is located at the end of the Promenade approximately 600m level walk from the pubs bakeries shops and pharmacy. This two bedroom two bathroom luxury apartment is in a Grade II Listed Georgian Country House which was fully restored in 2021. Located on the first floor (to take advantage of the amazing views across the estuary) the apartment can be accessed by lift or via the original wrought iron staircase. The apartment provides a comfortable open plan lounge diner kitchen with seating and dining for 4.
