Just 1.5 miles from the start of the renowned Coast to Coast walk at St Bees this home is wonderfully situated for lovers of the great outdoors and the sea. Wander St Bees Head Heritage Coast and keep your eyes peeled for birdlife. Spend beach days relaxing at St Bees where the shingle and sand beach is perfect for family-friendly days by the sea. If any members of your group want to take to the green there is a golf club here too. A 14-mile trip will take you to your nearest lake at Ennerdale in the picturesque Ennerdale Valley. Step through the main doors and into the large lounge/diner. Pretty patterns vibrant colours and a wood burner create a welcoming ambience and add charm and character. Find a spot on the sofa and relax in front of the TV or put on a DVD. The dining area with two tables seats 14 guests so you can dine together and raise a glass to your chef. With sleek style and a contemporary feel the kitchen is well-equipped with an American-style fridge/freezer an under-work-surface fridge and wine cooler two ovens a five-ring induction hob set into the island unit microwave mini oven and a dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine (supply your own pods) for early mornings a breakfast table island with seats and a large TV. Through the inner hallway leading from the lounge is a drying room with washing machine. There is also a useful cloakroom with WC. Find the first of six bedrooms on the ground floor a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV. This bedroom has a seating area with a sofa and an en-suite with a bath shower and WC. Climb thee stairs to the first-floor landing from which you can find the remaining bedrooms. Firstly find the double bedroom with exposed sandstone wall sofa TV and large en-suite with a corner bath shower and WC. Next find the family bedroom with double bed and one single bed sofa TV and an en-suite shower room. Another family room has one double bed two single beds a TV sofa and an en-suite bathroom. There is a twin which can be made up as a super-king-size on request at time of booking and a small single bedroom (please note this room has no window) with en-suite shower room with WC. There is a family shower room with shower and WC. Spend time outside in the fresh air and enjoy sitting with a drink on the large patio. The garden is enclosed and has a lawn great for little ones looking to play. Take care of stepping up and down between sections of the garden. There is off-road parking for five cars and further parking available nearby.
