The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a dining room with seating for sixteen guests and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size (zip/link) and a king-size with en-suites, and three super-king-sizes (zip/link), a king-size, and a sofa bed in the sitting room, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear decking area with furniture, hot tub and an outdoor shower and off-road parking is available. Within 2.8 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 0.4 miles, a river and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Yewtree House is a splendid abode, from which to explore the Lake District. Please note: bookings over the Christmas and New Year period must be a minimum of 4 nights and the owner cannot accommodate check in on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day
