Located within the owner's grounds this property is situated just 3 miles south of the ever-popular historic town of Appleby offering a mix of pubs restaurants tearooms and shops. Appleby is a great stop on the Settle-Carlisle Railway route and even now many of the country's steam trains make their way over the historic Ribblehead Viaduct and past Long Marton Station. The Dales High Way is right outside and the property is perfect for walkers or hikers too being close to the Pennine Way and nestling in the beautiful Eden Valley. Ullswater is just a short drive and the magnificent Lake District or head east to the Yorkshire Dales Northumberland and north to the Scottish Borders they are all within easy reach making this a perfect holiday location. The main space in this studio-style apartment is made up of the stunning lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom with patio doors to the garden. The lounge area offers a great place to kick back and relax with a comfortable sofa and chair where you can unwind after a day of exploring and watch the TV in front of the wood burner. In addition to this there is a lovely dining area set beside the kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer and everything you require for holiday dining. The stylish bedroom area provides a cosy place to snuggle up in the super-king-size bed. Finishing the accommodation is the shower room with shower and WC. The garden is the perfect place to enjoy those summer days with a decking area. There is plenty of space for your dogs to roam around the garden. Head through the gate for a lovely choice of walks.
